Pirate Party

Mason 3 year's old!

We  invited 3 friends over and had a pirate birthday party!

We started off painting treasure chests.

Then we followed to map to do different activities.

Along the way they dressed up like pirates, pirate tatto's, load the cannon, fishing and at the end there was a treasure of gold...goldfish.

4th of July

For the 4th of July we went to the Garcia's. The night before we had a BBQ and set off fireworks, Mason was scared so he sat with me and Matthew sat with Aunt Jill. We bought glow sticks and had everyone put them on man were those life savors we could see were everyone was amongest the kiddos. There were so crazy kids that kept running in the street and we new they were are's because of our dog tag glow sticks.

We also went to the parade it was perfect. Mark and Jenni new the perfect spot we drove up and walked across the street in a shady spot and before long the parade was marching past us.

Mawmaw and papaw even got Mason a special sized chair to sit in.

Mason slowly figured out the rules of parades
#1 if mom gets the candy first sad for you
#2 you have to at least wave
#3 dancing will only get you more candy and mom will share her's

Matthew slept in Mamaws arms the entire time it was perfect!

Good Day

Fun with Shae

So as awesome as two sister's can be Vanessa and I had 2 babies with in 6 months of each other, meaning Mason and Shae and Regan and Matthew. You are welcome cousins, your summers will be full of friends and adventures. Something Vanessa and I never had, you see we were the oldest cousins of the group. These cousins are just starting to fall behind and get married. An example of this is Vanessa has been married for 10 years, I have been married for 5 Candace and Morgan just got married.

So again cousins you are welcome your mom's are awesome !

So we enjoyed the wonderful benefit of cousins this summer. Shae Shae Mason asks to play with you often and I miss you too!\

My view tonight

Recovering from having Matthew is going great I've lost all Matthew's baby weight and now I need to lose Mason's. When I have gotten prego's I get so sick the first 20 weeks throwing up morning noon and night it's awful. So when I finally feel better I don't care and I eat. The the last 6-7 weeks I have the worst heart burn and am throwing up again. But luck me I still gain 40-50lbs.

So I've been running, walking, biking going to the gym jumping around the house and it's working. I've lost 55lbs in 5 months and have 19 more to go. It's my goal by Christmas to buy cute clothes.

While riding last week my views were wonderful but there was funny things on the side of the road. People just dump there trash it's sad. Also there is a calf farm down the road from us and if it's blowing just so man can you smell it. Silly Bakersfield seems like when there is a pretty spot there must be something lurking around the corner.

The cows look at me funny when I ride by.

Can u see the couch?
