Time out for mom

Why is it that before every vacation I have to have a melt down?

Please telle me I'm not alone. 

I was excited for this trip and getting ready and just felt like everything was running empty. Time out for women was a wonderful filler.

Not going to lie favorite part was meeting this cute lady!

These friends I never get tired of talking with them and hearing there life stories and advice. They are teaching me to real and have fun more.

Oh this little man fed my baby hungryness, I've met few babies other then my sister's I love as my own and this little.man fits into.my heart.

Time our for women theme : one heart one faith. Makes my heart calm just thinking about it. Felt.good to be unified with other women of other faiths and families.

It was a good vacation came back fatter and happier lol.

Life of the Garcia's

This week we finished up on a church young women fundraiser for camp.

We sold valentine's chocolate dipped pretzelso and truffles. We had the young women sell and then dip the pretzels. Me and a friend made all the truffles all 400 of them then a group of mom's got together and dipped them all. I got great boxes for them and we sold them $5a box. We hit our goal and the fundraiser didn't overwhelm me which is a huge sucess.

My body has been.funny lately depression, etc etc and I am greatful for the motivation I do have. So for Valentine's lunch we made pizza and had a picnic outside. Then I painted by numbers. We went to jump on the tramp and I practiced my ukulele. So fun. Mason asked me to play a sad song today while they where jumping. I don't know to many songs so he jumped on.

We had a night adventure today. We had the boys sit in lawn chairs in the back of the truck with flash lights while we under 5mph drove the country field roads by our house. On the slow way back we cranked up the music and had a dance party. The boys where in Heaven. I love seeing there happy dances.

Matthew is so great at giving compliments he will often tell me "mom you a good mom" often he says princess mom.

Mason will come up and snuggle with me and look up and with his handsome pure green eyes and tell me he loves me. 

I'm greatful I'm the only love in there life today. Sweet sweet boys that speak from there hearts. 

Funny story Matthew is 3 days accident free and is interested in learning about his body. He.always asks me what his scrotum is called. Silly kid.

Temple Day

I'm so happy. I'm greatful for my beliefs and the understanding and peace that has come. A great source of peace is when I am able to attend the temple. When I am there I feel my spirit recharging and I leave calm and peaceful.

Sadly I don't take enough time daily to recharge my spirit. But I'm working on it. I'm learning the importance of making time for my mind, spirit and body.

Often my spirit is forgotten and then when I attend the temple it amazes me the difference I feel. I need to take time to rechargeable my spirit daily.

Lucas birthday this weekend. For one of his presents he wanted to go to his favorite Brazilian restaurant.

Cafe Brazil is wonderful it has outside seating so the kids can be loud, there are plants everywhere. Lucas went all out and got his favorite dish, drink and dessert. He was in heaven.

Family Prayer

We had a sweet family moment the other day and I was so happy Grandma and Grandpa Willden where there to see it.

We were getting ready for bed and after reading scriptures we knelt to have family prayer. Matthew volunteered to pray and Mason wanted to help him. Mason helped him thank God for his mom, dad, grandparents, brother his house his toys. These boys don't sit still often but Matthew followed Mason's prompting words. The room filled with the spirit of God. I felt happy, pleased and peaceful.
Mason is such.a.wonderful big brother.

Another funny story about these boys. We have been watching the star wars movies recently. Masons favorite character is the.lizard ob1 rides. This morning I wake up to this lizards sad face. Mason says "mom I want brother to be awake so he can play with his lizard". Mason then climbed into bed with Matthew and I. He whispers to brother are you awake...lizard wants to play. Matthew wakes up enough to give Mason a sweet snuggle hug. I say snuggle hug because Matthew wrapped his arms and legs around him. After a few minutes Matthew and lizard where playing.

Thank you Mason for helping Matthew wake up with such a happy memory. Matthew woke up happy crazy hair, bright smile and bright blue beaming eyes.because you love him.

These boys keep me on my toes, smiling, laughing.

Happy moments

Happy memories  this week where finding friends you can be real with. I have few friends that have turned into sisters I'm not sure if it was my fault or if it takes time to find those kind of friends. I hardly go out with friends, I don't know why it's so much fun. So when Nicki called I said when and where I'm there.

Another happy moment was today Lucas was out playing pirates with the boys. They all are in the back of the truck with sticks as guns and eye patches. I kept throwing a glove at them calling it a grenade. 

Funny story Saturday my neighbor called me to tell.me Matthew  was on top of Lucas car. I was on the other side of the house tan over. He had pulled over a chair. I'm glad he wasn't on the top of the car but the hood was plenty enough.  It is just a matter of time before be breaks a bone. He is very adventuresome.

We visited with new puppies this week with closed eyes and ears. We were in heaven.

Also we received a fun prest from a friend from church...a selfi stick.

Theme for 2016

Last year my theme was Learning to breath again. After I stopped breast feeding Matthew I had a little PP depression. But that feels like forever ago. We were unemployment for 6 months, I got a new busy calling at church in Young Womens and we moved to the country and I love it!

It was a hard year to recover from. We are so greatfull for every answered prayer. They were all answered in God's timing. It took a lot of faith while we were waiting.

I'm excited for my 2016 theme...which is Happy Happy. 

I love watching duck dynasty and Uncle Si is always that. So this year I'm letting go staying at home more, playing with friends, going on adventures, playing with girl friends and just being happy.

Oh man we use to cry and scream when mom cut hair. What did I learn to pay someone else to do it.

Clean House

Last week to the day I attends Stake Women's Conferance. Different classes were available to attends on home to make our house a home. I attendees A house of safety, family history, music and order.

I love a clean organized house. In college and growing up my room was usually organized and clean. So having a house and keeping three more people organized is WORK!!

I feel like although I set up systems to keep us organized my house still needs a super clean/'re organize everything again every 6 months.

Man is it a ton of work. I remember spring cleaning with my mom. Sadly my boys aren't old enough to be helpers more then 20 min if that.

So I set to work this week tackling some problems areas.

So we bought 1 new 6ft shelf from costco for $30. Bought a few more containers for the bathroom from the dollar store. One to but our bath toys in that had decorative holes so the water can drain easily. The other continer I put my makeup so I don't h have to get on my knees to find things. So instead I just grab my my container. We also bought more matching containers to put over the washer dryer.

Cleaned under fridge, mopped under couches and deep cleaned.

I still have a few more things 1st my room lol. Kitchen pull out and wipe everything down.
